Our time here has been amazing! They took their time to know our dog and understand his needs. All of the staff knew our dog’s name and made him feel welcome.

Nothing but first class attention and service. What i really like is I take my big, fat , hair ball of a cat named Princess and she's treated like the Princess she is! Thanks Dr. J!!!

I brought my cats to Jermantown Animal Hospital in June when I first moved here and I haven't looked back since! This is the first vet practice and veterinarian who hasn't made me feel like a bad cat mom for having a spicy cat. Dr. Johnson is super understanding of my cat and his extreme dislike and anxiety around vet visits. I've never had a more positive experience with a vet

Found this place from recommendation. I take my dog Mochi to Burke Animal Clinic (also highly recommended!!), and I asked their staffs if they could recommend me a great place to board my dog (especially since my dog is a senior dog). I called them for pricing and the procedure to board. Katie helped me on the phone and emailed me the details right away. The next couple days, I took Mochi in so she can get familiar with the property. And again the staffs were all attentive and genuinely care about my dog.

Best vet I’ve ever been to. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Johnson absolutely wonderful and knowledgeable. The no fear visit is an amazing experience. JAH really goes the extra mile to make you and your pet/fur baby feel comfortable. This is a great vet and I highly recommend

My dog loved the place. It smelled quality air freshner. We waited for the vet in the spacious room alone. The staff brought him a bowl of water right away. The vet followed up after 2 days. My dog recovered after successful treatment.

Jermantown is absolutely wonderful! We boarded our young rescue pupper for the first time for almost a week while we were on vacation. Although she's very scared, skittish, anxious, shy, Jermantown was took amazing care of her. They were very thorough in asking about her personality, her needs, and the like, even giving her her daily meds. They took care of her to the point of her actually opening up to the staff, which is very rare for her. If you have a pupper with a similar personality, know that Jermantown will treat them individually. Jermantown also took the time for a meet and greet beforehand so we got to see the facilities and give our dog a sneak peek before dropping her off. We were very anxious ourselves of leaving our pupper alone for a week, but she came back perfectly healthy. Great experience all around. Would recommend and come back!

Staff is excellent!

The front desk staff and techs are very nice and want to help to their best ability. I was able to get my sick dog in for a same day appointment. Unlike our previous vet, Jermantown AH didn’t pushback or try to make me feel bad for asking if they could see my dog today. Dr Johnson is so kind and empathetic, she is thorough and cares for your pet. We truly appreciate the care we received today and look forward to having our dogs get continued care here Highly recommend
