Hello, I am happy and excited to join the caring team at Jermantown Animal Hospital. Please know that Dr Metzger’s fine tradition of warm, professional, and personalized care will be continued. My name is Elizabeth Johnson and it has been a lifelong dream to own an exceptional animal hospital and care for my clients and fur babies! Dr. Metzger (Doc) and I have worked together to ensure that the care and service you rely on will continue smoothly.
I grew up in Northern Virginia and attended undergraduate and veterinary school at Virginia Tech. I have been caring for patients in Burke Virginia for the past 16 years. I treat my patients as if they were my own fur babies. I take my time getting to know my patients and am fear free certified which is a new method of handling that helps nervous pets feel more comfortable during veterinary visits. I practice exceptional veterinary medicine, make individualized health care plans, focus on proactive care, and excel with client communication and education. I cannot wait to meet you and your fur baby!

My name is Dania Rayan. I have been working in the veterinary field for almost three years now. I am a college graduate currently applying for my masters and doctorates of veterinary sciences all over the United States. I LOVE big dogs and hope to one day own a farm with animals on acres of land. Since a little girl my dream has always been to care for animals and I can say I am working towards my dream to make little Dania happy.
